Brummitt Weds Miss Velda McJunkin Wearing a white satin gown and finger-tip length veil, Miss Velda McJunkin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. McJunkin of Park City, became the bride of Mr. Arthur L.

Brummitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Audra Brummitt, 415 Second street west, Sunday afternoon in the Church of Christ. The church was decorated with baskets of peonies and gladioli for the ceremony performed by Mr. R.

C. Fritz at 3 Mrs. Lillian James sang "I Love You Truly" and "Ah, Sweet Mystery of Life." Mr. Arlyn McJunkin gave his sister in marriage. Her gown was fashioned on princess lines with a train and she carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.

Her jewelry was a strand of pearls, a gift of the bridegroom. Miss Nada McJunkin, sister of the bride, as maid of honor, wore a blue satin floor-length frock and carried pink carnations. The bride's mother wore a gray ensemble with black accessories and the bridegroom's mother, black with white accessories. They both had corsages of pink roses. Mr.

Charles Brummitt, brother of the bridegroom, was best man and ushers were Mr. William Gambill and Mr. Robert Hormann. A reception followed in the home of the bridegroom's parents. Mrs.

Herb Hoffman poured coffee, Mrs. Audrey Openshaw served the punch and Mrs. Lillie Williams cut the wedding cake. Mrs. Floyd Miller had charge of the guest book.

Among the out-of-town guests were Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Openshaw and children, Carol and Beryl of Forsyth.

The couple are on a wedding trip to Glacier park and points in Canada and will return here to reside. Mrs. Brummit is a graduate of the Forsyth high school and is employed at the Midland National bank. Mr. Brummitt, a graduate of Billings high school, is employed by the bureau of reclamation.

Scieno-Caudill Vows Are Spoken in Chapel In the chapel of the First Baptist church Saturday evening, Miss Joan Joyce Caudill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Guy Caudill, 1126 Miles avenue, became the bride of Mr. Samuel Schieno, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nazziro Schieno, 113 South Thirty-sixth street. The Rev.

R. H. Moorman officiated. Mr. Caudill gave his daughter in marriage and for her wedding the bride wore a street-length crepe dress with white accessories and a corsage of pink rosebuds and stephanotis.

She also wore a locket, a gift of the bridegroom. Miss Ethel Ogbin and Miss Betty Burgess were bridesmaids. They wore blue and white organdy and pink pique frocks, respectively, with yellow and white rosebud corsages. Mr. William Joswick, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, was best man.

Mrs. Caudill wore aqua crepe with a corsage of Talisman roses and Mrs. Schieno wore a dark print with a corsage of red roses. A reception for about 30 guests followed in the Caudill home. Mrs.

Ollie Caudill, aunt of the bride, cut the three-tiered wedding cake. Mrs. Fred Christenson served coffee and Mrs. William Joswick presided at the punch bowl. Following the reception the group were guests at a dance at the Moose hall.

The couple left on a wedding trip and will then go to Fort Bliss, Texas, where they will reside. For traveling the bride wore a tan suit with lime green accessories. Both Mr. and Mrs. Schieno attended the Billings schools and Mr.

Schieno is in the army air corps stationed at Fort Bliss. Among the affairs honoring the bride were miscellaneous showers given by Mrs. Fred Christenson, 1239 Harvard avenue and by Mrs. Joswick, 140 Monroe street. HERE FROM FRANCE Miss Michelene Gammes of Paris, France, is a guest of Miss Claire Studer, 619 Lewis avenue.

Miss Studer and Miss Gammes were both students at St. Catherine's college, St. Paul, the past year and Miss Gammes will leave here about July 4 to visit at points in California before returning to St. Paul. She will leave for her home in Paris late in August.

Honoring Mr. John Cochrane, his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Archie Cochrane, 2758 McMullen drive, entertained family members at a steak roast Sunday. Mrs.

and Mrs. Harold Bates and small son and Miss Naomi Heffner, 923 Yale avenue, are visiting friends and relatives in Beulah, N.D., their former home. Guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. G.

W. Tollefson, 3015 Tenth avenue north, during the week were Mr. Tollefson's brother, Mr. Louis Tollefson of Aberdeen, S.D., and his cousin, Mrs. Marie Baer of Los Angeles.

and Mrs. Archie Cochrane, 2758 McMullen drive, and has gone to the 4-K ranch, where she will spend the summer. Miss Joan Orvis has returned from Overland college at Overland, Ohio, to spend the summer with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.
