Chester R. Sisters Wed to Billings Men Make Homes Here Miss Arlene Nafziger and Miss Norma Jean Nafziger, both of Billings, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Chester R. Nafziger of Igloo, S.

were recently married to Billings residents and will make their homes here. Miss Arlene Nafziger became the bride of Mr. Frank Mossman, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Mossman, northeast of Billings, at a ceremony in St.

Patrick's church, June 11. Baskets of gladioli and snapdragons decorated the church for her wedding. The bride wore a white satin gown, fashioned with a train and a finger-tip length veil held in place with a pill box hat. She carried red roses. Miss Nanette Nafziger, sister of the bride was maid of honor and wore a white embroidered organdy dress with yellow taffeta trimming and carried a colonial bouquet of red and white carnations.

Miss Doris Scheihing was bridesmaid and wore a dress similar to that of the maid of honor only trimmed with pink taffeta. She also carried a similar bouquet. The mother of the bride wore a gray flowered street dress with pink accessories and the mother of the bridegroom chose a pink silk street dress with black accessories. They both had corsages of Talisman roses. Mr.

James Mossman was best man and ushers were Mr. Donald LaGaly and Mr. Alexander Heyn. The Rev. Cornelius Shea performed the ceremony and members of the church choir sang nuptial music during the mass.

Miss Marion Jacobs also sang several nuptial selections during the wedding, accompanied by Miss Frances Fortney, and during the breakfast which followed in the church basement. Mrs. Mossman is a graduate of Spencer high school and of the business college at Mitchell, S. D. Mr.

Mossman is a graduate of the Billings high school and the Billings business college. After a trip to the west coast, Mr. and Mrs. Mossman will return to reside northeast of Billings. Out-of-town guests at the wedding were Mr.

and Mrs. Chester Nafziger, Margaret and Daniel Nafziger, Mrs. William Silvernale and family and Miss Rita Rastad, all of Igloo, S. Miss Dorois Silvernale of Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs.

Art Engle of Boyd. Miss Norma Jean Nafziger exchanged her marriage vows with Mr. W. Quentin Stockdale, son of Mr. and Mrs.

W. H. Stockdale, 715 North Thirty-second street in St. Couple Speaks Vows In Lutheran Church Gladioli and garden flowers decorated the American Lutheran church for the marriage last Saturday evening at 7:30 o'clock of Miss Harriet Reed, niece of Mr. and Mrs.

Eugene Stortz, 643 Avenue and Mr. Orvis Lovely, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bryon Lovely of The Rev. Ralph W.

Glenn performed the double ring ceremony at the altar which was lighted by candelabra. During the service Mr. Hobart Brunsvold sang "The Lord's Prayer," "Because" and "I Love You Truly." Mrs. George Snell, organist, played the wedding marches and also accompanied Mr. Brunsvold.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her grandfather, Mr. Peter A. Nelson of Miles City, wore a white satin gown cut en train, made with a fitted bodice, and a net yoke and a full skirt which had a bustle effect in the back. She had a finger-tip length veil and carried a cascade bouquet of Piccardy gladioli and blue delphinium. Mrs.

Lyle Stortz, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor. Miss Joan Lovely, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Loretta Nelson, cousin of the bride were bridesmaids. Mrs. Stortz wore a pink net floor-length frock over taffeta, Miss Lovely wore blue net and Miss Nelson had a pink net frock. They all wore bandeaus of stephanotis and carried bouquets of pink carnations.

Sharon Nelson, a cousin of the bride, was flower girl and wore a pink taffeta floor-length dress, a bandeau of white daisies and carried a basket of rose petals. Gary Nelson, cousin of the bride was ringbearer and Mr. Wendell Lovely, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were Mr. Earl Reed, brother of the bride, and Mr.

Lyle Stortz, cousin of the bride. The bride's aunt wore a turquoise crepe afternoon dress, and the mother of the bridegroom chose a navy sheer. They both had white accessories and a corsage of gardenias. A reception followed in the guild room of the church. Mrs.

Earl A. Nelson, aunt of the bride was in charge. Mrs. Roland Ellingson and Miss Helen Becker presided at the refreshment table, centered by the wedding cake surrounded by roses. Mrs.

Harry Holmes, cousin of the bridegroom and Mrs. Robert Bergren cut the wedding cake and Mrs. Earl Reed was in charge of the guest book. Mr. and Mrs.

Lovely have left on a wedding trip to Yellowstone park and will then go to Missoula, where Mr. Lovely will continue his studies at Montana state university. The bride is a graduate of St. Vincent's hospital school of nursing and of the Billings high school. Mr.

Lovely graduated from the Wilsall high school and served two years with the Navy. Out-of-town guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Moody of Mandan, N. Mrs.

Arthur Schrumph of Hebron, N. D. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Nelson and son Gory of Glendive, Mr.

and Mrs. Earl Reed of Miles City, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lovely, Mr. and Mrs.

Wendell Lovely, Miss Patsy Lovely, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Kepler, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Brogan, Mr.

and Mrs. Webb Brogan and Pat, Mr. Bud Jones, Mr. Marty Bates and Mr. and Mrs.

C. Payne, all of Wilsall. The Floral Arts class met Monday afternoon for a picnic dinner at the home of Mrs. J. R.

Barnett, west of Billings. Mrs. Rena Lehman gave a talk on growing geraniums. Miss Marie Myron was a club guest. Members had a lesson in triad arrangements and each brought a three color flower arrangement.

Mrs. Richard Timmel, and children, Betty and Donny, 732 Burlington avenue, have gone to Chicago to visit Mrs. Timmel's grandmother, Mrs. Mary Kelly for about three weeks. Mr.

was chosen Billings Baby of the Week by Zuck's Stu lios. Marjorie McBride Will Spend Summer In Europe Miss Marjorie McBride, daughter of Mrs. 0. J. MerBide, 8 Adams street, left Monday on the first part of a trip which will take her to several countries in Europe.

Miss McBride is going as part of the Northern Baptist Youth project and will spend about a month at Hamburg, Germany and then go to Stockholm, Sweden, to attend the Baptist World Alliance. She will also visit in Paris, Geneva and London. Before sailing July 3, Miss McBride will attend a Baptist Youth conference at Greenlake, Wis. recently became the bride of Mr. W.

with the Rev. William Liskin officiating. The bride wore a white slipper satin gown made with a train and a finger-tip length veil which was held in place by a lace pill box hat. She carried a bouquet of stephanotis. Miss Arlene Nafziger, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and wore a white silk marquisette gown with a sash and slip of light blue.

She carried red rosebuds and daisies. Miss Doris Scheihing and Miss Nanette Nafziger, sister of the bride, were bridesmaids and wore the same gowns they wore for the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Mossman. They had bouquets of pink rosebuds and daisies.

The bride's mother wore a pink flowered silk dress and Mrs. Stockdale, mother of the -bride-groom wore a shadow sheen blue dress with pink accessories. They both had corsages of roses. Mr. Glenn Stockdale, brother of the bridegroom was best man and ushers were Mr.

William Nafziger and Mr. James Nafziger, brothers of the bride. The nuptial mass was sung by the church choir, accompanied by Mrs. Charles Ahern. A breakfast in the home of the bride's parents followed.

Mr. and Mrs. Stockdale have returned from a wedding trip to the west coast and are at home at 230 Alderson avenue. Mrs. Stockdale is a graduate of the high school at Spencer, S.

and of St. Joseph's School of Nursing at Mitchell, S. D. Mr. Stockdale is a graduate of the Billings high school, attended the University of Portland, Portland, and the University of Washington at Seattle.

Mr. and Mrs. John Darbelnet and daughter Ann of Brunswick, are enroute to Paris, France where they will visit Mr. Darbelnet's mother, and spend the month of August in Switzerland. Mrs.

Darbelnet is the former Miss Elizabeth Matheson, daughter of Mrs. W. P. Matheson, 120 Lewis avenue, and a former teacher in the Billings schools. Mr.

Darbelnet is head of the French department at Bowdoin college. Mr. and Mrs. William L. Weedman, 1209 Second street west, have as their guests for two weeks, Mrs.

Weedman's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. F. McCormick, of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. and Mrs. Weedman and their guests will leave Thursday on a trip through Yellowstone park and also plan a plane tour of Billings and vicinity. Mis Mary Louise Wood, 328 Yellowstone avenue, has had as a guest, Mrs. George T.
