Almost every operation is done by special machines, but at peak production, the managers expect to employ 100 workers. The shipping cartons, labels, are printed by a special press in The expected output for the sea sons canning is 3,000,000 cans, which include peas, corn, beans (green and limas), carrots, beets and pumpkin.
